Graphic & Motion designer in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with the co-founders, we are gathering strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets. We are currently looking for a Graphic&Motion Designer who will make our brand communications better and more recognizable. A little more about the Comms & PR team: this is a team that helps SKELAR to build the No. 1 IT employer brand on the Ukrainian market. We come out with active communication, so interesting and large-scale challenges for our specialists are already along with the daily routine. The Comms & PR team is small in size, but gets along with a wide variety of challenges — from office rebranding to conferences for a thousand people. What challenges await: — Create creatives for our social networks. Despite the stylistic limitations, you will be able to implement completely different ideas (here the only limitation is common sense)— You will be able to work with different visual formats, offer non-standard solutions even for routine tasks— You will work with the corporate style and development of the SKELAR visual language in various products (SMM, creatives for PR activities, corporate blog, presentations)— We have the opportunity to try ourselves in different directions in order to increase our own expertise. What is important for us:— Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Adobe After Effects— You can to learn directly in the process of work and analyze the result— You love editing as an invariable part of any design process that makes creatives better— You can explain to a person who is far from the design why you used this particular color or why the text is placed exactly here— Your hands are itching to correct the placement of an object that has moved by a pixel, and you want to "clean up" the text with extra spaces—Experience in graphic design for a year and a half or more—Ready to work in an office in Kyiv in a hybrid format What is desirable for us:—Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level and above— Experience in creating creatives for social networks that were launched for promotion— Working with branding and identity. In addition to businesses, we are developing our own charity fund SKELAR foundation, a project of our venture builder in support of the Armed Forces. Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer and help our employees and their loved ones who are on the front lines.
