Mates Marketing, an international marketing company specializing in lead generation solutions for home improvement and renovation businesses in the US and Canada, is looking for a creative Graphic&Motion Designer to work on exciting projects for our clients. Responsibilities:

• Creation of advertising video creatives for such platforms as Meta, Google;
• Development of visual solutions that will increase visibility and ensure business growth of our clients;
• Generation of new creative approaches and ideas for advertising in cooperation with the marketing team;
• Monitoring of new trends in the field of graphic design, digital marketing and their implementation in practice.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of commercial work experience as a graphic or motion designer;
• Ability to work with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or similar programs;
• Knowledge of the rules of composition, balance, color, contrasts and proximity of elements;
• Ability to create bright and dynamic creatives, show organization in work;
• Ability to work with AI and other support programs will be an advantage.
