We want to do social media with you if…

• You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position in an agency , creating graphic materials and animations for various campaigns and clients (a necessary condition).
• You are familiar with Monday, Slack and Google Docs.
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) is your natural work environment.
• You are comfortable using animation and video editing tools, creating engaging and effective visual materials.
• You understand the importance of aesthetics and visual consistency in building a brand - and you are familiar with applying these principles in practice.
• You can think about visual creations in a business context and see the "big picture".
• You have a knack for creating innovative projects that attract attention and are remembered.
• Your strengths include: independence, pro-activity, creativity and responsibility.
• You take the initiative and willingly propose new solutions.
• You are constantly expanding your knowledge in the field of graphics and video and you are not standing still.
• Welcome: ability to create storyboards, experience in video production, knowledge of UX/UI principles, experience in creating content in Canva Pro.
• An additional advantage will be the ability to use AI tools (Midjourney, Dall-E, etc.) and the willingness to develop in this area.

What will your job look like?

In your position you will be responsible for:

• Creating graphics and animations according to orders.
• The visual layer of the projects and its consistency with the client's brand. 
• Meeting order deadlines.
• Cooperation with Specialists in project development. 
• Creating creative Key Visuals for new clients. 
• Knowledge and implementation of new trends and formats.
• Taking the initiative and coming up with your own ideas. 
• Cooperation with the entire team when there is a need for creative brainstorming. 
• Contact with the Team Leader.
• Going beyond the box and thinking about the success of clients' businesses from a broad perspective.
• Assistance with general projects throughout the zeteam – there is strength in a group!

• Base salary depending on experience and a quarterly bonus depending on results and your proactivity.
