You can think outside the box, i.e. propose expressive and converting creations in the spirit of the brand, and at the same time you keep your feet firmly on land ? Don't you get carried away by whirlwinds far from the guidelines or sculpting details for hours? And when you hear constructive feedback, you don't get shot by... lightning XD?

What does the recruitment process for the Viking ship look like?
1. Send your CV with your portfolio (as a link or attachment) and say a few words about yourself.
2. We'll let you know if it's made in the stars. If so, we will call you to introduce you to the positive atmosphere of a network of people, not numbers, and talk a little about common expectations. If we are not, you will also find out - it is worth being fair.
3. If there is a spark, you will be given a recruitment task to assess your skills and "Vikingness".
4. We will invite you to the office for a chat over coffee and if the runes are still in our favor - you will be called on board and we will prepare to welcome the new Viking/ViQueen.
Our requirements:
- min. 3 years of experience in a similar position, confirmed by portfolio;
- fluent knowledge of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign);
- basic knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro;
- ability to work in Figma;
- knowledge of UX/UI issues enabling effective cooperation with a UX designer;
- knowledge of AI graphic tools (e.g. Generative Fill in Photoshop Beta, midjourney);
- knowledge of the principles of digital design;
- experience in creating brand branding;
- proactive approach, analyzing competition and implementing trends in projects.
Welcome:

,[Your responsibilities - online (80%): , creating key visuals and graphics, and based on them formats for advertising campaigns, combining various areas of design (most often: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, display, YouTube);, developing materials for the landing page, mailings and the Viking App mobile application; ultimately managing the website's graphic design through the internal CMS system; simple videos, gifs and animations; close cooperation with content, PPC, UX, product and Customer Experience specialists ;, creating and developing assets (e.g. infographics, components, hero elements, icon sets);, sometimes you will also need to click some gifts and other slightly less creative things (know it like it is, no bullshit)., , Your responsibilities - offline (20%):, reformatting the online key visual for an OOH campaign;, branding materials for guerilla marketing campaigns and events with the Viking community;, designing graphics for the original Viking Store (leading elements of new collections, online store);, supervising the library of available photos and coordination of sessions with an external photographer (1-2 times a year); ensuring brand consistency ine in all channels, which also means coordinating cooperation with agencies and freelancers.] Вимоги: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, UX design, Photoshop, DTP Бонуси та переваги: Sport subscription, Training budget, Private healthcare, Flat structure, Small teams, Free coffee, Bike parking, Shower, Free beverages, Free parking, In-house trainings, Modern office, Startup atmosphere, No dress code.
