What to do Development of internal HR materials: Creation of graphic content for internal HR needs, such as training materials, presentations, internal posters, booklets, etc. Design of official documents and company materials: Creating and updating the design of official company documents, such as policies, employee instructions, letter templates, etc. Internal branding support: Ensuring compliance with the company's graphic style and creating materials that support the internal brand, including logos, presentation templates, document templates, etc. .Creation of recruitment materials: Development of graphic content for vacancies, social media pages, recruitment-related merch and other materials to attract and engage talented candidates.Cooperation with PR: Interaction with PR to create external materials related to the company's work, such as press releases, newsletters, etc. Teamwork: Ability to work in a team and interact with different departments of the company, including HR and other stakeholders. Deadlines: Ability to work under tight deadlines and adhere to the project schedule. You are our candidate if you have:Experience: Experience working with graphic design, especially in the context of internal communications or HR, will be a big plus.Excellent knowledge of design tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other programs for graphic design.
