Graphic designer (development of creative materials) in Enthusiasm Community

We are Enthusiasm Community (EC), a media buying company that has been successfully operating in the market since 2018. We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer (creative). PLEASE NOTE that the vacancy involves the completion of a TEST task. Without a test assignment, your candidacy will NOT be considered. Thank you. Tasks: Main: Preparation of materials and creation of creatives of various formats in accordance with the requirements of technical specifications. Generation of new ideas and approaches when creating creatives, their testing, collecting feedback from the marketing department regarding the effectiveness of approaches to advertising campaigns (RC). Related: Conducting research of competitors in specific niches and the creatives they use. Drafting proposals for improving approaches to implemented campaigns. Drafting a plan to expand other markets of specific campaigns and approaches. Conducting research on finding new approaches for launching RK. Monitoring trends, searching for ideas. Responsibilities: batch preparation of graphic materials (banners) from the current marketing department's technical specifications; collecting feedback from the marketing department regarding the effectiveness of creative materials; generating new approaches to creating banners based on feedback from the marketing department; conducting research and collecting data for the generation of new graphic materials; reporting. Candidate requirements: work experience in design from 1 year; good practical skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw and other tools; high level of self-organization and time management; availability of all tools and an equipped workplace for comfortable work; knowledge of the principles of creating a layout, the correct arrangement of elements; attentiveness and responsibility; timely and high-quality execution of work. It will be a plus: experience in creating video creatives; work experience and understanding of the principles of creating creatives for advertising campaigns in the affiliate marketing sphere; intermediate level of English.
