Key tasks:

• Development of internal HR materials: Creation of graphic content for internal HR needs such as training materials, presentations, internal posters, booklets, etc.
• Design of official documents and company materials: Creating and updating the design of official company documents, such as policy, employee instructions, letter templates, etc.
• Internal branding support: Ensuring compliance with the company's graphic style and creating materials that support the internal brand, including logos, presentation templates, document templates, etc.
• Creation of recruitment materials: Development of graphic content for job vacancies, social media pages, recruitment-related merch and other materials to attract and engage talented candidates.
• Collaboration with PR: Interaction with PR to create external materials related to the company's work, such as press releases, newsletters, etc.
• Teamwork: Ability to work in a team and interact with different departments of the company, including HR and other stakeholders.
• Meeting deadlines: Ability to work under tight deadlines and adhere to project schedules.

You are our candidate if you have:

• Experience: Experience in graphic design, especially in the context of internal communications or HR, will be a big plus.
• Excellent knowledge of design tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other graphic design software. Knowledge of tools for creating internal communication materials such as PowerPoint or Canva will also be helpful.
• Creativity and the ability to innovate: Ability to develop original and creative concepts for graphic content that meets the needs of internal communication and HR processes.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with members of the internal HR department to gather requirements and ensure graphic content meets needs.
• Detail oriented: Attention to detail and the ability to create graphic content with a high level of quality.
