Graphic Designer in BOSS. Gaming Solutions

Responsibilities:

— Managing all stages of product design creation;

— Responsibility for the visual component of all company projects;

— Development of project concepts and general style;

— Refinement and improvement of existing creatives for projects;

— Working with a team of designers — control, motivation, mentoring;

— Writing/decomposition of technical specifications for designers

— Design creation, development of advertising ideas, creatives, redesign and their adaptation to various communication channels;

— Working with a task manager and communication with designers, buyers, affiliates, product, SMM, retention;

Requirements:

— At least 4 years of experience as a graphic designer. Experience in gambling projects is desirable;

— 2+ years of experience in managing a team of designers;

— Knowledge of Adobe programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect), Figma;

— Precise work with text, images, buttons, and other details within the framework of UI/UX design.

— Ability to create catchy ideas that get to the heart of the target audience;

— Understanding how to effectively collect, analyze, and communicate information and ideas;

— Generate ideas and manage the creative process;

— Excellent leadership and communication skills;

— Experience in creating various marketing materials: banners (static, motion), email, landing pages, product design, video, etc;

— Portfolio is required.
