The ability to make independent design decisions and justify them. Responsibilities: Create design materials with an understanding of goals and audiences. Develop design for social media content. Work with graphics and illustrations. Engage in the preparation of kv and outdoor communications, merch development. Participate in the development of guidelines/brand books. Participate in the creative process, work in project teams.
