In May 2022, we founded the Dental Help charity fund, which helps Ukrainian soldiers restore lost dental health free of charge. The company is developing intensively, so the marketing team needs reinforcement - a designer who understands trends, has good taste and can manage several projects at the same time. The main task of the position: Creation and adaptation of designs for various media — online (advertising campaigns, mailings) and offline (catalogues, souvenir products, outdoor advertising). Key responsibilities: Development of a creative concept and adaptation of ready-made layouts; Preparation of layouts according to the technical task; Approval of layouts, preparation of arguments, making corrections; Analysis of trends, search for new solutions; Maintaining a library of materials for quick search of layouts and their archiving. For this, it is important to: Have the tools Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After effects; Have skills in working with animation and video, photo retouching; Be able to work in conditions of multitasking and deadlines; Be ready to show a portfolio (because this is your pride) and complete a test task.
