I started my career as a direct (cold) sales agency at Shell and Liqui Moly, where I worked for a total of more than 6 years. Then I studied marketing in practice for 2 years as a full-time marketer and after a little having learned to combine marketing with sales, I moved on. I launched the Ukrainian brand of auto parts AND parts. I built from scratch and was the head of marketing departments in three companies. I created and launched five all-Ukrainian external advertising campaigns and more than ten digital ones, which increased the turnover by 30%, and by 120%. I personally lead all clients and am personally responsible for results. Now I am looking for a graphic designer, who in the future may become the head of the department. I am looking for a proactive, intellectual (count with a sense of humor), open to new things person with own vision, style, beliefs. You will have to work with several projects at once, at the start there will be 3 of them, and possibly 4. All 3 are interesting. There is freedom of creativity. Requirements: Mandatory knowledge of graphic editors and programs Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop (Premiere Pro, After Effects will also be an advantage); Preparation of layouts for printing; Creation of banners, creatives, layouts; Work with partners' sites; Attention, literacy, responsibility; Mandatory own vision, ability to argue and sell an idea; Working conditions: Mon-Fri 10:00—17:00 at BC Golosko. Outings and other activities are additionally agreed upon. Trial period 2 months. For the trial period, full payment by agreement. If necessary, we buy equipment. Responsibilities: Development and creation of graphic materials; Development and creation of a presentation; Branding, identity, design of resources; and many other interesting things... The salary consists of a rate + bonuses and is discussed at the interview. The work is not remote, but in the office in the new BC Golosko.
