Graphic Designer in JustMarkets Tech

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to strengthen our team, who will be responsible for creating marketing materials (images for newsletters, advertisements, collages, direct placements on the site, product merch), as well as website design development in Figma and creating landing pages.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing in a relevant position;
• Excellent skills in design tools in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite;
• Competitor analysis, research references, design trend analysis and the skill to adapt to an existing brand;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment;
• Proven record of UI/UX designs for SaaS, B2C;
• Development of POS materials and working with mockups;
• The ability or the willingness to learn how to track conversion rates of landing pages;
• Portfolio showcasing experience in landing pages, creating adaptive landing pages, and user-oriented design;
• Being self-organised and responsible, able to estimate own tasks;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• English Intermediate level or higher.

Responsibilities:

• Work on the main products with design product lead;
• Create landing pages for different traffic channels;
• Development and support of corporate style, and design system;
• Development of creative design for advertising campaigns in social networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta);
• Design for branded products (merch, gifts, etc.).

Will be a plus:

• Experience in the FinTech, crypto, betting, gambling, or education field;
• Experience conducting user research and testing;
• Understanding of UI/UX, responsive, Mobile-first, Design Thinking concepts;
• Working with 3D or animation.
