What we expect:

• At least 4 years of experience (supported by a portfolio) in designing marketing communications - in particular campaign key visuals, posts on leading social media platforms, landing pages, advertising banners
• Understanding and feeling the principles of design and image composition tailored to the specificity of digital media, with particular emphasis on social media
• Talent, creativity and the ability to meet deadlines
• Specialized education - preferred Academy of Fine Arts, but this is not a necessary condition
• Experience in cooperation with a photographer and experience in post-production of photo/video materials will be an additional argument in your favor
• fluent knowledge of: Adobe Creative Cloud in particular: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro will be an additional advantage
• Independence in action;
• The ability to take studio photos and retouch will be an additional advantage
