Graphic designer in Sirion, TOV

We are a research and production company Sirion. We develop probiotic products for humans and animals (cosmetics, supplements, disinfectants, etc.). We are looking for a designer who will strengthen us in daily tasks and help systematically introduce artificial intelligence tools into work processes.

KEY ROLE

This position combines operational design and development of AI approaches in the team. On the one hand, he is a reliable person for performing regular design tasks. On the other hand, a researcher and practitioner who will help optimize routine processes and make our work faster and more efficient.

WHAT WILL BE NEEDED TO BE DONE

Routine and operational tasks:

- Preparation of technical layouts

- Layout of labels, packaging, website banners, printing

- Editing and improvements to existing layouts

AI direction:

- Implementation of AI tools in daily design work

- Finding ways to automate routine processes (in particular, checking layouts for technical errors)

- Generation of visuals with the help of AI

- Testing new tools and approaches

- Helping the team to integrate AI in work processes

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO:

- IMPORTANT! He has experience in printing. Has a comprehensive understanding of the technological process of manufacturing printed products — from the correct preparation of the layout to obtaining the finished product (knowledge of color models, print profiles, features of preparing layouts for varnishing, embossing, knowledge of material characteristics, post-printing processes — finishing and constructive, etc.)

- Possesses Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (InDesign will be a plus)

- Has experience in preparing layouts for printing

- Pays attention to details and does not get lost in editing

- Feels comfortable in routine, systematic work

- At the same time interested in AI and new technologies

- Not afraid to suggest process improvements

- Self-organized and responsible
