• Availability of a portfolio containing examples of finished works and ideas;
• Creative thinking and artistic taste - understanding how composition/shape/color etc work;
• Diverse interest in design, ability to use different styles and constantly experiment;
• Proactivity and conviction that there are no impossible tasks;
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and experience with Figma.
