Assistant for the preparation of brand materials

We are a small team engaged in the development of logos and branding. We are looking for an attentive and responsible assistant who will help with the preparation of visual materials and design of presentations.

Main tasks

• Creation of logos according to clear instructions

• Creation of mockups

• Creation of variations of logos (light / dark background, etc.)

• Collection of presentations in Canva by template

• Placement of texts and visuals in slides

• Export and preparation of final files (AI, SVG, PNG, PDF, etc.)

• Maintaining order in folders and project files

Necessary skills

• Basic knowledge of Canva (or readiness to learn quickly)

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (or readiness to learn quickly)

• Basic understanding of composition and visual taste

• Ability to work with graphics files

• Responsibility and meeting deadlines

• Basic English to understand texts in projects

Will be a plus

• Experience working with mockups

• Experience in graphic design at the junior level

• Experience working with AI-tools

Work format

• Remote

• 8 hour flexible schedule

• Regular availability is important

Payment

• First 3 months (trial period): 6,000 UAH / month

• After successful completion: UAH 8,000 / month

The possibility of further increase in payment as the volume of tasks and responsibilities increase.
