Safe Ukraine 2030 is a profile non-governmental Platform for the development of Ukraine as a safe state, despite all external and internal challenges.
Combining the efforts of Ukrainian civil society, leading Ukrainian and international experts and foreign partners, we investigate global and local security challenges, analyze their causes, nature and consequences for Ukraine and its international partners, develop approaches to the prevention of threats (military, social, economic, man-made, humanitarian, etc.), overcoming security challenges and their consequences in all spheres of public life. As a result, we implement applied projects in the field of building and restoring a safe environment in various spheres of social life, at the local and global level, and test and implement practical tools for ensuring the safety of citizens, businesses and society, which will be useful both for Ukraine and for all democratic states of the world.
Responsibilities:
- Search and preparation of grant proposals for the organization both within Ukraine and abroad border.
- Preparation and processing of grant applications in accordance with the requirements of donors
- Cooperation with internal divisions and external partners.
- Monitoring grant opportunities and participation in competitions.
- maintaining an orderly and complete file system with grant documents;
- Administrative support, maintaining a database of active projects, ideas and submissions applications
- Working with the EU portal (search for possible small grants and potential consortia).
Requirements:
- Experience in writing and managing grant projects from 2-3 yrs. inherit">Skills for preparing project proposals.
- High level of organization, responsibility and communication skills.
- Ability to work with documentation, form reports, follow deadlines.
- Knowledge of international and national grant programs (Horizon Europe, EIC, USDA, NATO SPS, etc.).
- English language at Intermadiate/Upper-Intermediate (B1/B2) level and above (working with applications and on portals).
