Critically important organization - Charitable Foundation "Peaceful Sky of Kharkiv" opens a vacancy for the position of Program Manager for high-quality writing of Grant applications.

Main responsibilities:

• Development of grant applications, concepts, logic models, budgets and applications in accordance with the requirements of donors.
• Analysis of grant announcements, search for relevant opportunities for the Foundation, formation of a calendar of grant submissions.
• Preparation of analytical materials, project descriptions, summaries of the Foundation's loyalty for donors and partners.
• Ensuring compliance of applications with the policies of the Foundation, international humanitarian standards (CHS, Sphere, Do No Harm, AAP, etc.).
• Keeping a register of grant applications, tracking results, preparing reports on grant activity.
• Monitoring current priorities of donors, trends in the humanitarian sector, updating the database of potential partners.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (preferably in the field of management, economics, international relations, sociology or related).
• Experience in preparing international grant applications donors.
• Knowledge of the basics of the program cycle, the logical structure of projects (logframe, theory of change).
• Understanding humanitarian aid standards, principles of protection and accountability.
• Skills in budgeting and working with financial applications.
• Ability to work with Excel, Word, Canva, Google Workspace, etc.
• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language (fluent) and English (B1+).
• Analytical thinking, the ability to systematize information and work with deadlines.
