GR manager (ID 294) in HELSI

Helsi is a Ukrainian product IT company, on the market since 2016. Helsi's goal is to access health in one interface. 
More than 9 million people are users of the Helsi mobile application. The system is used by about 1,500 healthcare institutions and over 38,000 medical workers across Ukraine.

What you will do:

• Monitoring changes in legislation that may affect the company's activities.

• Analysis of political trends and their impact on business.

• Interaction with state authorities.

• Development and implementation of lobbying strategies to promote the interests of the company.

• Preparation of information materials, reports, letters and other documents for communication with government structures.

• Collaboration with the legal department to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Interaction with marketing, PR and other departments to coordinate communication strategies.

• Management crisis situations that may arise due to interaction with the government or regulators.

What is important to us:

• Experience in a similar position from 2 years and above.

• Experience of interaction and development of cooperation strategy with state bodies.

• Representation of the company in state and local bodies authorities.

• Preliminary organization and participation in meetings, discussions, conferences and round tables with representatives of the authorities.

• Ability to organize PR campaigns aimed at improving the image of the company in the eyes of state authorities and public.

• Crisis management: implementation of action plans in case of negative scenarios.

• Experience in conducting internal trainings and seminarsinformation for company employees on the basics of interaction with authorities.
