- Relevant work experience, at least 3 years in a similar position in the field of relations with authorities;
- Deep understanding of the structure and functioning of authorities, as well as knowledge of legislative processes, regulatory requirements and the political environment;
- Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation and professional networking skills;
- Strong organizational and analytical skills abilities, the ability to navigate complex government processes and manage several projects at the same time;
- Unconditional compliance with ethical standards, transparency and responsibility in work;
- Ukrainian - native/fluent, English - advanced/fluent (oral and written).
