We currently have an open position Google Workspace Technical Support Engineer
If you have no experience with Google Workspace or Google Cloud, but have good knowledge or experience in IT, especially with cloud services, everything else we will teach you.

In responsibilities Technical support engineer includes:

• consulting new customers on settings and implementation of Google Cloud and Google Workspace services;
• analysis of existing customer infrastructure and development of optimal data migration plan to the cloud;
• assistance to customers in solving current issues of using Google Cloud and Google Workspace services;
• if necessary - creating appeals to Google support;
• assistance to managers in conducting technical presentations for clients;
• technical support within the company;
• training to improve your own qualifications and obtain the status of Google Workspace Administrator, Cloud Engineer and others (training and passing exams at the expense of companies)

Requirements to the candidate:

• technical education; Ready to consider a student of the last year;
• English language not lower than intermediate.
• preferred experience with Google, MS, AWS cloud solutions;
• good communication skills (by phone, mail),
• literacy;
• initiative;
• desire and ability to learn independently, develop one's knowledge and skills;
• discipline and responsible approach to duties;
• punctuality;
