Location:
Remote, or in office (Kyiv, Lisbon)

Requirements:

• English: native
• At least 1 year of practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Analytics (or/and other analytics tools like Hotjar, Triplewhale etc.)
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills
• Aspiring to become one of the top 1% of Marketing Ads experts, with a strong focus on e-commerce

Main Responsibilities:

• Planning and setting realistic expectations with clients
• Communicating with clients and providing weekly reports
• Achieving client goals through agile sprints
• Crafting creative strategies to create high-quality ads that deliver positive ROAS
• Focusing solely on mastering decision-making and creatives within Google/Meta Ads, with support from dedicated teams handling tracking, email marketing, and more
• Staying in trend with latest Google/Meta Ads strategies and sharing them with team
• Catalog, product feed optimization
