We are looking for a Google Ads Media Buyer (remote) for our client, an IT holding (a group of companies) operating on the market for more than 10 years.

Mission (Mission):
Build profitable Google Ads unit: find working approaches, turn them into a stable, predictable and scalable volume of traffic and, as the direction grows, form and lead your own team of media buyers.

Role tasks:
Buy and optimize traffic through Google Ads (Performance Max, Search, Display, YouTube), test and scale profitable links while actively communicating with the team.

Skills required:
Experience with Google Ads (Performance Max, Search, Display, YouTube):from 1 year.
• Experience in at least one of the specified verticals:mVas, Dating, Utilities, CC-submits, soi-sweepstakes.
• Deep analytical approach and regular work with metrics (EPC, CPC, CTR, CR, ROI).
• Understanding of the funnel and experience with postback data, user behavior, retention, LTV.
• Experience in A/B testing of hypotheses and validation of data-based connections.
• Technical background: work with GTM, GA4, trackers (Redtrack or similar), API integrations.
• Ability to work with lands/prelands: make edits, upload to server, integrate with tracker and ad cabinet.
• Creativity: generate ideas for banners, videos, text ads, lands and pre-lands.
• Autonomy: the ability to independently launch, test, optimize and scale communications.
• Flexibility and adaptability: quick response to changes in algorithms and account bans.
• Strong communication skills: promptness in chats, proactivity in interaction with team members, our team members and related teams.

Responsibilities:
• Launching, managing and optimizing advertising campaigns in Google Ads (Performance Max, Search, Display, YouTube).
• Testing and scaling profitable communications, finding and validating new approaches.
• Generating ideas for banners, videos, text ads, landing pages and of pre-lands (if necessary).
• Independent creation of banners and pre-lands for start-up tests (if necessary).
• Analysis of spy services and competitors to improve creatives and approaches.
• Deep analysis of results: working with postback data, user behavior, retention, LTV.
• Conducting A/B tests, forming and testing hypotheses.
• Making corrections in landings/pre-lands and conversion improvement.
• Loading of landings to the server, integration with the tracker, GTM/GA4 and advertising cabinet.
• Prompt communication in work chats and regularly informing the team about launches, changes and results.
• Support of interactionwith the team leader and managers, initiating negotiations and "lobbying" for priority tasks.
• Regular feedback on offers, creatives, pre-lands and traffic quality.
• Participation in the discussion and implementation of new ideas, processes and approaches in the team.
