You will be responsible for:

• team planning, scaling, development
• budgeting
• conducting experiments
• testing new hypotheses
• managing a team of media buyers
• generating ideas for creatives, promos and funnels
• setting up a TOR for the marketing team (creatives, landing pages, etc.)
• reporting.

Important:

• experience in Google Ads Demand Gen
• team management experience
• experience working with budgets from 1k daily
• knowledge of web analytics systems (Binom, Keitaro, Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.)
• experience working with cloaca
• experience scaling connections
• ability to analyze information, results, indicators (splits, error detection, analysis of team performance indicators)
