Google Ads Specialist / Media Buyer / PPC Specialist (Middle/Senior level) in Unicorn PRO

We are looking for a Google Ads geek. Your main focus will be on generating conversions and optimizing advertising campaigns. 
No bureaucracy and communication with clients - only your skills and effectiveness of advertising campaigns directly affect your earnings.

Our specialization is performance marketing, that is, we focus on lead generation through paid sources of traffic (Facebook, Google, etc.). We work mainly for the American market, so all working material is in English. It works with a large number of digital products: dating sites, insurance, home services, and others. 

Mandatory requirements for the candidate:
- Have practical experience with Google Ads from 2 years. 
- Experience with all types of traffic Search/Video ads/Display/PMax campaigns. 
- English Intermidiate+ and above. 
br/>- Will be an advantage: having Google certificates.

Work tasks:
- Setting up ads in Google Ads: Search/Video/Display/PMax.  
- Traffic analysis (in standard Google tools, and working with an internal analytics tool)
- Optimization of advertising campaigns.

We offer:
- Salary from $1000 (negotiated) + % of profit. The percentage is often much higher than the average.

- The work is remote, part of the team is located in America, and part is in Ukraine. 
- Full time, but flexible schedule.
