About the Role

We are looking for a Google Search-focused junior specialist to join our MarTech startup in a technical, data-driven role.

You should already have practical experience working with Search campaigns and understand how they are structured and optimized.

This position is centered around campaign execution, performance diagnostics, and working with advertising data and internal optimization systems.

Most of the work happens inside advertising accounts and performance tools.


Key Responsibilities

• Configure and launch Google Search campaigns

• Optimize and restructure existing campaign setups

• Manage keyword structures, search terms, and negatives

• Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, Impression Share)

• Operate and configure our internal optimization tool

• Validate campaign data and detect performance issues

• Propose and implement technical solutions


Requirements

• Practical experience with Google Ads (Search campaigns mandatory)

• Clear understanding of campaign structure, keyword architecture, match types, negative keywords, bidding strategies, and core performance KPIs

• Excel confident user

• Confident spoken English

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail


Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Shopping or PMax

• Basic Microsoft Ads knowledge

• Basic SQL knowledge
