Google Ads analyst (no experience) in Turbo SEO group

We are a performance marketing agency that runs Google Ads for large online stores and B2B projects. We are looking for a Junior Google Ads Analyst - a person who will learn to read statistics, optimize campaigns and make advertising profitable with us.

Without commercial experience? Perfect - we take beginners and turn them into confident juniors in 1-2 months!

What we offer:

• Schedule 5/2, 9:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00

What will you do (from the first week of as a mentor):

• Help collect and analyze campaign statistics

• Look for "bottlenecks" (where the budget merges)

• Offer optimization ideas (keywords, ads, bids)

• Learn to work in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio

• Build beautiful dashboards and reports

What we need from you:

• A love of tables and numbers (Excel/Google Sheets at the “not afraid” level)

• A desire to understand how Google advertising works

• English A2–B1 (read the interface and documentation)

• Attention to details and a desire to learn every day

• Willingness to work in the office for at least the first 2-3 months
