Golang Group Lead. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Technical skills:
Must have:
— Experience and understanding of Golang : general programming language knowledge, concurrency patterns and primitives;
— Experience working on NoSQL databases: Elasticsearch (queries, indexes, sharding, performance tuning), Redis;
— Experience working on relational databases: PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server (queries, indexes, sharding, partitioning, performance tuning);
— Experience working on Linux, Kubernetes, Docker: Being able to collaborate with DevOps (view logs, create K8S deployments, etc);
— Extensive knowledge of best practices in software design and design patterns: component design, Software Development Life Cycle, testing (unit, integration, e2e), gitflow, CI/CD, etc;
— Experience in code review process: Work with PR, be able to detect major issues in the code;
— Architecture principles and design of software products: Design patterns (Monolithic, Microservices, SOA, CQRS, Event Driven, etc), system design;
— Performance optimization, Profiling, Load Testing;
— Understanding of async patterns and protocols (AMQP, NATS Streaming, Kafka). Nice to have:
— Experience with Raft

— €450 / year budget for training and / or sports (compensation within 50% of the amount of expenses) after probationary period;
