Пряме повідомлення учасника, який розмістив вакансію, з Stroom Maria Stroich HR & Recruitment Partner | Psychologist & Gestalt Coach GCI We are looking for a Golang Developer to join our team on a full-time basis.Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions using Golang, adhering to best practices and coding standardsProvide technical expertise and guidance to the development team, including code reviews, architectural reviews, and mentoring junior developersParticipate in design and architecture discussions to ensure the software systems' scalability, reliability, and maintainabilityIdentify performance bottlenecks and optimize software components for improved efficiency and speedDevelop unit tests, conduct code reviews, and assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issuesCreate and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design documents, and API specificationsCollaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plansStay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the Go ecosystem and propose innovative solutions to enhance the software development processProvide technical support and guidance to other team membersRequirements:Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Developer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products1+ year as a Golang developer, proficiency in the Go programming language, with an understanding of Go best practices, idioms, and design patternsSolid experience designing and developing scalable, distributed systems with high performance and fault toleranceProficiency in writing unit tests and utilizing testing frameworks (e.g., Go testing package) to ensure code qualityExperience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker) is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities to efficiently identify and resolve complex technical issuesExcellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersPassion for learning new technologies and keeping up with industry trends, with a focus on applying them to improve development processes and software qualityProficiency in working with relational and NoSQL databasesNice to have:Experience with go-ethereum, Bitcoin, and/or Lightning Network, lnd particularlyAPI Development: Extensive experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices using frameworks like gRPC, Gin, Echo, or RevelDistributed systems implementation/knowledgeCryptography knowledgeExperience delivery from scratch to prodExperience with AWSWe offer:Remote format of workFlexible working hoursWork-life balance atmosphereThe ability to focus on your work: a lack of bureaucracy and micromanagementPositive and friendly communication culture20 paid vacation days5 paid sick leavesEducation reimbursementRecruiting process:1.
