Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality software design and architecture by leveraging robust coding skills in Golang.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
• Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code that meets security standards.
• Debugging a backend system in Go.
• Serve as a product expert throughout the customer journey, sharing extensive knowledge of our product’s code base and logs, and utilize this knowledge to replicate and troubleshoot technical customer issues within their environments.
• Manage support cases to ensure proper documentation, tracking, and timely follow-ups through to resolution.
• Identify and resolve bugs by working closely with the rest of the engineering team, providing detailed information and ensuring timely bug fixes.
• Deliver best-in-class technical support by contributing to our knowledge base, crafting technical documentation, and helping develop integrations between tools and features.
• Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with key leaders within our customers’ engineering and security departments.

• Act as the customer advocate, assisting in prioritizing frequent feature requests from our customers in collaboration with our product and engineering teams.

   

Requirements:

• Must have a solid foundation in Golang programming with proven experience in building substantial applications.
• Strong experience in API development and interaction with external systems.
• Proficiency in Regex is highly desirable.
• Experience in open source development is essential.
• Extensive knowledge of multiple database technologies.
• Familiarity with GCP DevOps practices is a plus.
• Knowledge in the areas of security and cybersecurity will be advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
