What will you have to do? Help the delivery continue! Receive and resolve complaints from Glovo couriers and customers. There are several communication channels - chats, letters, calls.

Basic employment conditions:< /strong>

• Five-day working week - two floating weekends
• 7 or 9-hour shift (one hour break), between 07:00 and 00:00< /li>
• Hourly rate + achievement bonuses
• Bimonthly payments, fixed dates

No experience? Don't worry. If you have the basic skills, we will teach you everything you need, and we will pay for this training if you stay working.
