Global Sourcing Manager in Ajax Systems

Our Supply Chain Department plays a key role in ensuring stable scaling of the company and continuity of the process production of our devices, so we are currently looking for a Sourcing Manager to further strengthen the team.

Knowledge and skills required:

• Experience in purchasing electronic components from 1 year;
• Basic knowledge in the field of electronic equipment;
• Technical background in electronics, understanding of electronic components and their analogues;
• Experience with MS Office and Google services;
• The level of English language proficiency is at the level of Intermediate+;
• Multitasking and managing several projects at the same time;
• Ability to identify problems and find their solutions;
• Bring what you started to the end and convert time into a result.

Task:

• Search, work out prices and purchase components/goods in accordance with the Terms of Reference (electronic components, body parts, electromechanics, "custom" elements) for new devices/prototypes;
• Selection of analogues of electronic components;
• Search and procurement of tools/equipment/consumables in China/Europe/USA for production/RnD teams;
• Search and development of new suppliers of components/materials for the assigned tasks within the given terms and budget, as well as work with the existing supplier base;
• Control of delivery terms, prices, payments, quality, completeness of supply and primary accounting documentation;
• Drafting/approving contracts;
• Control and management of orders/payments.

Will be a plus:

• Experience of working with 1C;
• Experience with Jira/Confluence.
