Together with the Digital Marketing team and key global and local stakeholders, the Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist manages marketing processes and practices toreach business goals byusing digital technologies and channels. What you will do Responsibilities : Campaign management: Define, create, implement, and optimize the omni-channel digital marketing campaigns (focus onacquisition ofgrower data, grower engagement, conversion ofsales and grower loyalty), B2B and B2C, for CP, Seeds &Digital Agand over all relevant digital touch points Define the campaign journeys for acquisition, engagement and conversion campaigns Alignment ofdigital campaigns with local marketing teams and their initiatives Define, implement, and optimize digital touchpoints per campaign using best practices Define implement and optimize the paid media budget allocation Roll out local digital content strategy inclose collaboration with global digital content team Realization oftagging and SEO/SEM implementation ofall digital campaign assets Management ofall digital campaign content consistency &quality according tothe brand guidelines Creation ofdigital campaign creation briefs for the agencies involved and the end-to end campaign delivery process Setting, measuring, optimization and reporting ofall campaign KPI’s and assuch optimize local digital A&P spend ofpaid media Drive digital marketing capability building inlocal marketing teams Manage the digital marketing budget Interfacing with external agencies Processes and support : Support local and global teams with their digital marketing campaigns. Help toincrease global digital marketing processes, adoption ofplatforms, channels, tools and quality ofdigital marketing campaign execution. Ensure and catalyze collaboration and transparency across teams internally (e.g., Branding, Communications, Commercial Excellence, global and local Marketing teams, IT/Digital teams) and externally, interfacing with agencies. Data-driven optimization : Establish, evolve and maintain digital marketing dashboards and champion data driven decision making. Lead consistent use and review ofKPIs tomeasure ROI, monitor process and adjust course, e.g., tooptimize campaigns (incl. website/social media performance) and optimize digital A&P spend. Mindset change : Support the organization’s transformation ofmarketing from more traditional towards digital approaches bybrining innovative methodologies, new tools, adrive toexperiment and best practices from other industries. Manage end-to-end digital projects todrive, validate and embed the change with other teams. Scaling and automation : Scale digital marketing capabilities globallyby (1) building capabilities inlocal marketing teams, (2) standardize processes and templates, (3) drive implementation and adoption ofmarketing automation systems and (4) leverage digital management assets across markets.
