Data management: employee data management (completing employee profiles, updates ifneeded). Documents management: collecting employee-related data (auditing existing, adding newcomers’ data); manage full cycle employment process for international colleagues (incooperation with EoR, official employment for branches, b2b contracts); control documentation during the full employee life cycle (onboarding, transfer, offboarding etc); cooperation with payroll team within payments preparation processes. Policies &processes management: participation inHR-related policies and processes development &implementationin cooperation with theHR team. Requirements: 2years ofexperience inasimilar role; previous experience inIT, payroll orlegal teams will beanadvantage; upper-intermediate English; easy-going and empathic with strong communication skills; Jira, HRIS.
