You will lead new locations setup, work across multiple jurisdictions with specific requirements from anEmployment and Compliance perspective. Your impact will beinstrumental insetting upprocesses for audits, maintaining globalHR compliance standards, and efficiently managing the growing inflow ofemployment-related requests, including hiring, terminations, and relocations. Collaborating closely with iDealers across Europe, America and Asia, you will report toDirector ofPeople Operations.
