GladPet charity manager in 31 Group

Now we are looking for an Upper Junior charity manager who will work with us to help animals find their loving families and develop adoption in Ukraine. We will be glad to see you in the GladPet team, which helps thousands of animals get help with food and find their homes.

Your skills:

1. Experience of work or volunteering from 6-12 months in the direction of charity/humanitarian aid.
2. Fluent to work in Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Meet and tools for organizing workflow (for example, PlanFix ).
3. Ability to work with contractors (contracts, acts of acceptance and transfer, invoices).
4. Understanding the work of a non-profit organization and skills in working with donors, benefactors.
5. Communicability and empathy in cooperation with end recipients of aid, benefactors, colleagues.
6. Aspiration to systematize and automate work processes, but also leave room for opportunities.
7. Able to independently plan, initiate, take responsibility for your decisions, be important to the details.
8. Share our values, which are love for animals, comprehensive assistance to tails and curators of homeless animals, trust, efficiency, responsibility, professionalism, mutual assistance, openness, honesty.< /li>

Tasks for the position:

1. Organize and coordinate the process of issuing charitable assistance to achieve project goals.
2. Accept and process applications for receiving charitable assistance according to selected priorities.
3. Communicate with final recipients of charitable aid.
4. Organize work with the warehouse when issuing fodder.
5. Distribute fodder to final recipients from the warehouse.
6. Prepare for public and internal (in front of benefactors) reporting for the aid provided.
7. Attracting financial aid for the purchase of charity aid, or directly receiving aid from partners.
8. Attracting financial aid for the project of free sterilizations.
9. Communication with partners for the implementation of the free sterilization project. *in case there is self-delivery of assistance
