We are looking for a highly qualified and responsible Project Manager who will lead the technical management and coordination of projects in the field of capital construction. Duties and responsibilities: Carrying out technical management of design and research and project works during the design of the object; Development and approval of initial data, survey letters, cards technical decisions and tasks for the execution of works; active participation in the development of the general (urban planning/architectural) concept of the project; acceptance of participation in the preparation, review and approval of the results of Technical and Urban Planning Conditions, engineering investigations, technical solutions, design and estimate documentation; technical consulting on issues of the use of the latest materials, technologies and organization works; Participation in the development of the technical and economic feasibility study "TEO" and the technical and economic calculation "TER"; Taking part in the development of technical concepts and solving technical issues of the project; Ensuring the compliance of project documentation with norms, standards and requirements; Coordination and verification of the work of developers of design and estimate documentation; Providing developers with the necessary technical data; Organization and control of defect elimination and optimization of project and estimate documentation; Providing proposals to optimize the costs of the capital construction facility; Accepting the participation of the project manager , individual technical solutions, the necessary justified deviations from the current norms, rules, instructions of the examination bodies, takes part in the necessary coordination with state authorities and local self-government bodies; Preparation and control of design schedules; Documentation and reporting. Requirements: Experience in the field of project management and technical management for 5 years; Higher technical education in the field of construction or engineering; Knowledge and experience of working with professional programs and engineering technologies; Excellent communication and leadership skills; High responsibility, ability to make decisions; Confident command of a PC: Internet, MSOffice, professional graphic programs.
