Retail-Development LLP is engaged in the construction and design of stores and warehouse real estate of the retail network "ATB-market" in all regions of Ukraine. The company's performance indicators over the past 10 years have been consistently high — the construction and reconstruction of more than 100 real estate objects per year.

ToV "Retail-Development" invites a Chief Project Engineer to work.

Purpose of the position:

Provision of design and technical documentation that meets the requirements of the Customer and DBN.

Requirements:

• Higher construction engineering education (PGS, Architecture, GS).
• Work experience in design and construction (VKB, PTV, design and contracting organizations, etc.)
• Knowledge of the basics of design and construction of public / trade buildings
• Ability to "read" drawings, communicate with project, contracting organizations, state supervision agencies.
• A confident PC user (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, AutoCAD).

Main duties:

• Interaction with by contracting and project organizations in matters of development, examination, approval of design and technical documentation with the Customer's service.
• Control over compliance with deadlines, quality and completeness of the provided design and other documentation in accordance with contractual obligations.
• Control of receipt and analysis of initial data for project design (GUiOz, instrumental survey, geology, geodesy etc.).
• Expertise of the provided design solutions for compliance with the Customer's tasks, the initial data of the construction / reconstruction object.
• Verification of the RP section - General plan, Architectural and construction part, Passport of exterior finishing of facades, Construction organization project, Technological part, Explanatory note. Issuance of written comments to the project section, control of their elimination. Making decisions regarding the correction of design documentation.
• Control of obtaining approvals of design documentation in state supervision and communal services.
• Control of receiving a positive expert report on the construction site.
• Transfer of approved design documentation to the production of works, control of author supervision.
• Maintenance of official and official document flow.
