For our client We are looking for motivated German-speaking employees who can process written support and answer calls from customers. This position is not a cold call or a sale.

Responsibilities:

• Processing written support requests
• Answering calls and professional customer service
• Solution-oriented communication and support for customers

Requirements:

• Fluent knowledge of German Verbal and written
• Experience in customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• We are looking for both experienced employees and beginners who are motivated and would like to get acquainted with customer service.

Working hours and location:

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Work in the home office; the necessary technology is provided
