Customer Care Manager with exceptional knowledge of the German language in a company with an equal Ukrainian-German team.
What to do :
Help customers onepage.io in Europe and Ukraine to get the best user experience and create the projects they need.
Communicate during the day in the Intercom live chat, create new training articles and create reports for the technical team.
Outings to meetings with the largest clients with the goal of solving operational issues, or participating with us at conferences if you are in Europe.
What to be able to:
— Knowledge of German close to a native speaker, English upper intermediate+, fluent Ukrainian.
— Have experience in any remote-online position in working with clients
— Quickly process large volumes of information, in particular technical< br/>—Keep politeness and constructiveness in conflicting situations
