The head office is located in Dusseldorf, where more than 60 employees work, a support team is working in Ukraine, consisting of sales, support and programmers. Requirements: Excellent command of the German language, both written and spoken (B2-C1 level). Customer-oriented approach .Analytical skills and the ability to solve problems with attention to detail.Organization and clarity in the work process.Responsibilities: Zufriedenheitsfördernde Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden durch Beantwortung schriftlicher Kundenanfragen per E-Mail und mündlicher Kundenanfragen am Telefon sowie die damit verbundene Bearbeitung von Kundenanliegen.Bearbeitung und Lösung von Kundenbeschwerden, including Beschwerde-E-Mails oder Kundenbewertungen auf Bewertungsportalen.Unterstützung bei der Utsetzung und Überwachung von Measures zur Erreichung der besten Bewertungen in Bewertungsportalen, in particular auf Marktplätzen. Aufgaben im Bereich wie Dokumentationsaufgaben und Wissenssicherung.
