We are an international law firm that provides comprehensive solutions in the field of international business, financial and crypto-consulting. Our experts accompany clients in the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Europe, Asia and Latin America, providing a full cycle of services: from company registration to legal support for the launch of complex international structures.

Now we are opening an office in Dubai and are looking for a General Manager - a key figure who will lead the company's operational, commercial and customer activities in region.

 Main duties:1. Office and operational management

• Organization of the Dubai office.
• Service quality control and compliance with legal standards.
• Working with local contractors, banks and government structures.

2. Working with clients: personal meetings and support

• Conducting personal meetings with clients in Dubai.
• Building long-term relationships and developing partnerships in the region.

3. Company registration and bank accounts

• Full process support:
  • choice of jurisdiction within the UAE;
  • document preparation;
  • coordination with registrars;
  • opening of corporate and personal bank accounts (traditional banks & EMI).
• Interaction with banks, government structures and financial institutions.

4. Commercial functions and business development

• Negotiations at the level of business owners, investors, funds.
• Formation of individual commercial proposals.
• Closing of high value deals ($100K+).
• Expansion of the company's presence on the UAE market.

5. Representation of the company in the public space

• Publicity in social networks as General Manager UAE.
• Participation in conferences, forums, business events as a speaker or company representative.
• Formation of the future media image of the company in the region.

Requirements to the candidate:

• Work experience in the fields of: international business, legal services, consulting, corporate finance, crypto - from 3-5 years.
• Work experience in the UAE or deep understanding of the local business ecosystem is a big plus.
• Successful experience in personal negotiations and closing large contracts.
• Free English andRussian languages.
• Willingness to work offline in the Dubai office.
• Publicity, ability to present yourself and the company.
• Systematic, diplomatic, high level of responsibility.
