About the position
General Manager is a significant and influential role within the organization reporting to the Regional Chief Commercial Officer and responsible for planning, developing and implementing commercial strategies for omni, B2B and service business development to build on a company`s growth.

Key functions:
- Drive and develop mutually profitable and beneficial Ukraine business and trusted relationships with partners and customers;
- Development of Apple Premium Reseller, Apple Premium Partner, Bang & Olufsen mono-brand retail network in accordance with the company's plans;
- Management of all omni channel sales channels (iSpace and E-commerce stores , B2B direction and Service warranty and commercial services);
- Contribute to the Regional Business Strategy and alignment with Global and Regional teams, Marketing, Operations and other relevant departments;
- Building annual and quarterly plans, strategies for their achievement;
- Identify upcoming business issues and either mitigate them or turn into opportunities;
- Commercial management (contract management, supply and logistics processes etc.);
- Management and support to the local team to ensure success;
- Contact with local authorities on behalf of the Company;
- Manage the local team and contribute to the creation of the motivated working enviroment.
Qualifications and skills:
- Master degree (preferable in Economics or Finance);
- Proven professional background in similar management position min 5+ years;
- Proven experience with different sales channels (deep understanding of retail business will be an advantage);
- Knowledge and understanding of financial reporting and budgeting and willingness to improve these knowledges;
- Excellent background in sales and customer relationship;
- Experience in people management, operations and leadership;
- Focus on a result, communicator and negotiator with successful experience;
- Strong analytics, organizational and presentation skills;
- Fluent English.
