Responsibilities: Developing and implementing a development strategy, building long-term and short-term goals, planned sales indicators, as well as determining ways to achieve them; Entering new markets; Coordinating the company's work : IT department, commercial department: sales department, own network department, white label sales department, franchising department, ZED sales department, marketing department, warehouse and accounting department. Responsibility for increasing the company's income; Correction and construction of the company's business processes; Management of departments of the company; Development of KPI, motivation, creation of clear TOR with deadlines for the company's departments; Interaction with customers, partners of the company; Maintaining the company's image at a high level. Candidate requirements: 5 years of work experience in a similar position; Ability to manage projects and optimize internal business company processes; You have personnel management skills, setting tasks and monitoring their execution; You have strong management skills; You are responsible, systematic and can communicate effectively both with the team and with clients; You are always results-oriented.
