Main functions: Management of operational logistics complexes Formation into a single structure of real estate, that is in various businessesOperational management of logistics complexes over 200,000 square metersImproving business efficiencyForming and developing a team?Organizing the attraction of financing for the construction of new logistics complexesNegotiations with Western investors, attracting financing.?Organization of the construction of new logistics complexesMarket analysis, search for potential customers - system tenantsSearch and purchase plots of land for the construction of logistics centers Development of technical documentation, project budgets and schedules, financial models for logistics complexes. Search for contractors, organization of tender procedures, organization and control of construction. Control over the implementation of projects: execution of work, deadlines, quality, budget. Interaction with permitting authorities : organization of obtaining expert opinions, approvals, technical conditions, etc. Commissioning. Formation of a tenant filling strategy.
