The company is a market leader in the supply of equipment for emergency medical aid, tactical medicine and first aid training.

The business works with B2C, B2B and state customers (Armed Forces, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Internal Affairs), actively imports products, develops branches in Ukraine and abroad.

Objectives:

• Ensure full exit of the owner from operational management.
• Build a managed system with clear processes, financial control and a team capable of scaling without the participation of the founder.

Responsibilities :

• Management of all business areas: e-commerce, B2B, tenders, training, logistics, procurement, marketing
• Implementation of KPI, regulations, reporting
• Analysis of the management team, updating of key roles
• Cooperation with the CFO, P&L control
• Scale to new markets (incl. international)
• Interaction with state bodies, participation in Prozorro, control of legal purity of processes

Requirements:

CEO experience of 5 years or more

Practical knowledge:

• e-commerce, B2B, import, tenders, logistics, finance
• Successful reorganization cases or scaling
• Willingness to delve into the processes, get involved personally
• Ukrainian is a must, English from B2 is an advantage
