What you will do as a GENERAL DIRECTOR in our company: Comprehensive enterprise management: Financial management and budgeting Human resource management Procurement management and sales, production control, strategic planning of the development of the enterprise, implementation of the approved strategy into results, close communication with shareholders, active search for new customers and new sales markets, management of all operations related to the registration of trade, registration of export goods, registration of export of goods (grain, oil crops) Constant communication with suppliers, buyers , terminals, surveyors, freight forwarders, customs brokers regarding the processes of execution Document flow: support of contracts, agreements, verification of the correctness of accompanying documents. Support of payments for delivered goods/check of receipts of funds Increasing the efficiency of all processes: structure, partner network, internal processes, optimization of logistics costs How we see the candidate for the position of GENERAL DIRECTOR: Higher education Minimum 3 years of experience in management positions in companies specializing in agricultural trade or export logistics Deep knowledge of the grain/agricultural resources market Experience of working in the agricultural industry, knowledge of the competitive environment and market trends Experience of negotiating with both buyers and with suppliers, conclusion and support of product supply contracts Good English will be an advantage Leadership qualities, the ability to take responsibility for the result Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and achieve results in a timely manner What you can expect from us: Formal employment Competitive salary + bonuses Work in a progressive team Freedom to do a significant contribution to the business Opportunities for development within the company Classy office in the very center of Kyiv
