Verto Door Factory LLP is one of the largest manufacturers of interior doors in Ukraine. "Verto Door Factory" is part of the investment and production group of enterprises "LIS-Industries", which creates a stable financial infrastructure of the Factory and guarantees the active and dynamic development of Verto TM throughout Ukraine and beyond.

We are looking for a General Director who is ready to head one of our Enterprises for the production of interior doors, which located in Pavlograd and together with us create a successful future.

What will be included in the responsibilities:

• General strategic management of the company, ensuring stable development and growth of the business.
• Coordination of the work of various areas of activity, optimization of processes to increase efficiency.
• Formation and implementation of long-term plans that meet market challenges and opportunities.
• Ensuring financial stability and control over budget execution.
• Conducting negotiations, representing the interests of the company at a high level.
• Development of corporate culture, motivation and support of the team.

What tasks will be:

• Identification and implementation of key business initiatives for the growth of the Enterprise.
• Analysis of the market and competitive environment, adaptation of the strategy in accordance with the changes.
• Support of effective communication between divisions.
• Risk management and acceptance balanced management decisions.
• Development of partnerships with clients, suppliers, authorities.

We are looking for a person who:

• Has a higher education and at least 5 years of managerial experience positions.
• Has a deep understanding of business processes in the field of production, transport or real estate.
• Able to think strategically, make responsible decisions and lead a team to common goals.
• Has excellent communication skills and experience of successful negotiations at a high level.
• Ready to work in a dynamic environment, adapt and implement innovation.
• Values honesty, openness and team spirit.
