 Main Responsibilities

• Development long-term and short-term development strategy of the company
• Develop and monitor the implementation of the budget, with optimal use of resources
• Analyze financial indicators, prepare reports for management decisionsCash Flow, P&L, ROI and ROMI 

• Conduct regular audits of internal business processes, implement solutions, automation to improve team productivity and reduce costs

• Control the execution of key operational tasks and ensure the achievement of set goals

• Manage the development of new products focused on solving customer needs

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance

• Understand the need and workload of the company's key employees, timely forecast the hiring of new people to the team
