In one of our companies, namely  "Smart Defense" which is an integrator of solutions to ensure the safety of personnel and objects from threats of CSBM, both industrial and military specialization.

We develop, install and integrate complex solutions in the field of security, such as means of detection and systems of video surveillance, access control, perimeter protection, mobile, portable and stationary means of detection of prohibited items (explosive, radioactive, biological, chemical materials, etc.).

• Has experience development and implementation of business strategies;

• Sufficient financial management and budgeting skills;

• Ability to lead a team and motivate employees to achieve high results;

• Experience in working with tenders.

We expect you to have:

• Relevant experience from 5 years;

• Knowledge of EnglishB-1 \B2 (average and above average);

• < p style="font-weight: 400">Skills of a confident PC user, MS Office, CRM, Google docs;

• Strong management and communication skills;

• Negotiation experience;

• Ability to plan and forecast;

• Adaptability and flexibility.

Responsibilities you will have:

• Development and implementation of the company's development strategy;

• Participation in the formation of the product portfolio companies;

• Ensuring the process and monitoring the implementation of the company's goals: financial, marketing and main functions;

• Control of compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements;

• Monitoring market trends and competition;

• Organization and control of team work (up to 10 employees);

• Team motivation and team development organization;

• Adaptation and training of new employees;
